Booklists and School Fees

Dear Parent / Guardian,

The end of year is very quickly approaching and we have recently posted home forms, dates and information that you may either need to action, or refer to for the 2018 school year.

Included in the information pack  is an invoice for each family for the 2018 Essential Items, Optional Items and Voluntary Contributions.  Payment, or lodgement of your preferred option form is due by 1 February 2018.

Foundation to Year 6 - Classroom supplies will be ordered in bulk and delivered to the classroom teacher simplifying the process at the younger year levels.  The cost of the bulk supplies is included in your Parent Payment Invoice.

Year 7 to Year 9 – Booklist information is also enclosed in the letter for the essential stationery items your child will need for effective learning next year.  You have the flexibility to choose which items on the list you wish to purchase, as you may have some at home from a previous year.  Alternatively you may choose to purchase items yourself from another source. Please be aware that items must be the same as what is listed to ensure your child has exactly what they need (eg Maths Grid books with the same size grids, the type of calculator recommended etc).  Information on how to place your online order are enclosed, or please contact the General Office on 57612777 if you need assistance.  As Booklist orders will not arrive until January the school will provide basic supplies (exercise book and pens) for use during Headstart.

Year 10 to Year 12 – Subjects at senior year levels need specific text books and equipment to meet the requirements of courses.  These items have been detailed in a Booklist already distributed to families.

Camps, Sports & Excursions are Optional Extras, meaning that they are an important addition to the curriculum, and provide students with experiences that they may not otherwise enjoy, but are not “essential” to the curriculum. They are therefore provided on a user pays basis.  The additional costs that arise during the year for excursions and activities will be advised with as much notice as possible.

Funding of $125 (Primary students) and $225 (Secondary students) is available to families eligible through the Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund (CSEF) to help with the cost of school organised activities. To be eligible for CSEF, families need to:

  • Hold a valid Health Care Card or Pension Card as at 26 February 2018.

  • Lodge a CSEF Application at Faithfull Campus by 26 February 2018.

If you received CSEF funding at our school in 2017 you will not need to re-apply.   As long as your card is still valid, your CSEF application will automatically roll over into 2018.  If you have not received CSEF before or are new to our school please complete a CSEF Application and lodge it with the General Office.

The Uniform Shop will be open at Faithfull Campus on the following days during the school holidays.  Alternatively phone orders can be placed at any time with Judds Yarrawonga on 5744 1269.

  • Tuesday 23rd January (10am to 3pm)

  • Wednesday 24th January (10am to 3pm)

  • Thursday 25th January (10am to 3pm)

  • Monday 29th January (10am to 3pm)

UNIFORM SUBSIDY (Foundation & Year 7 students only)

Students in Foundation and Year 7 in 2018, who are eligible for CSEF, are also entitled to a Uniform Pack funded by the state government.  Year 7 Packs are available now and application forms should be submitted asap to receive a uniform for the start of the year.  Foundation Packs will be released by State Schools Relief in the first half of 2018 in time for winter uniforms.  Further information will be sent home for Foundation applications as it becomes available.
